Grim Reaper Event Icons Missing

Hello. I am not able to play the Grim Reaper Rewards Event. I have the little grim reaper guy in the upper left corner but when I click on it, it only brings up the list of rewards and not the event ICONS. I am not able to see what the quests are to complete them. I do not have customer content or mods in my game. HOW can i fix this. PLEASE HELP!!!
