    I did delete LTC (I always delete the local thum & avatar cache when I mess with mods/cc), but will try to repair game.

This is also happening in my game and repairing the game allowed one Sim to work properly when selecting "Harvest All"/"Water All"/"Weed All" again, but did not fic the issue for any other sims in the family.
