Have the sims fixed for rent?
I would like to buy for rent but I dont want to waste money on something that I cannot use so could anyone here give me reliable information on it?

I've got the pack and I do like it. I did have a frustrating bug with rent amounts but I found a workaround for that, it's best to move into a rental property via the phone rather than manage worlds. It's best to install a sprinkler system for Sims out of your control that are cooking in shared spaces, even back yards. I turned off Events in Game Options as I saw players report issues with that (also I don't want strays). Plus I find it generates a lot of Townies for me (I'm on Xbox Series X) so I regularly clear randoms from Other Households, especially after visiting the night market. I've only played as one landlord as I wasn't really fussed about that aspect. Also I did find it was better to use nice furniture and decor so it boosted the rental lot rating. Also, the pressure cooker can make Sims complain about untidy surroundings so I keep it in a utility room. It seems to be Neat Sims affected.
But Tomarang is beautiful, I love the content and the night market items. I love the Tiger lore and Tibert the cuddly toy. It has a new cave to explore and a beautiful ocean to swim in. I've played 3 households there. 1 was just in a regular residential lot, 1 was a tenant and 1 household was her landlord. It also adds the options to Break In and Snoop and Spy on other Sims which is great fun. I used it for my Double Agent Sim, she broke into houses and snooped for secrets which then allowed her to blackmail unsuspecting Sims.
It's also great to be able to add and edit rental apartments anywhere.
So, still some issues to work out but I do think it's a good pack. I'm sure there will be differing opinions but it depends on how you play. I guess it also depends on the platform too since PC players have the option to use mods that may or may not fix problems they run into.
