Having trouble with sims 4
My sims 4 game is aging unplayed sims and letting a lot of them die

I tried what you suggested but it didn't help, I realized it's only aging some of the sims. The rest are just dying for no reason including young adults and adults. It's not doing it with children yet. I don't know if there could be a bug in my game or something else.
