HELP = sims error code 110:317d7c9e:8165fba1

I start to update sims for newest patch and error code sims error 110 317d7c9e 8165fba1 kept showing on my game, tried to remove all mods, repair multiple times and restart my PC but it seems none is working, anyone had same experience as mine? any help is appreciated, thanks
