Help identify loading screen music: Cheery 60s pop-ish track?

I apologise in advance if this is a stupid question, but: I've been trying to find the soundtrack piece from the game that sounds like cheery 60s bubblegum pop, with a brisk beat and finger snapping/...

@e9fca18ac9b4228a funnily enough, even after all these years I just found the retro channel on the radios, I never normally pay much attention to them but I was amazed it had all the old sins music one, I may of listened to it for a bit too long than normal 🤣🤣🤣

Right, so I prompted load screen after load screen in the game and only managed to capture about four seconds of the music. Here's a really really poor quality clip I recorded on my phone, but I hope it's recognisable:

That's the one, but what is it called, and is it really from the base game, or Cats and Dogs or Spa Day?

  Ok, so I got so desperate I found out how to extract music files from the game, and managed to rip this bit--but it's only 30 seconds ☹️ Here's the track (no harmonies or clapping, just finger-snapping):
