HELP! Sims households are gone

All of my sims households are gone! Have been noticing a glitch in the game lately and now every single one of my households are gone even the houses are gone! Just empty lots.

Could you please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
  • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
  • What security software are you using ?
  • Does this happen if you start a new save for testing purposes too or is it just that particular one ?
