High School Years and Cottage Living Fairs

Recently I have noticed an issue with HSY and Cottage Living. When I attend a science fair and try to get the results from competing it gives me a Finchwick Fair notification as if I had submitted something for one of the fairs. But when I submit something for a Finchwick Fair I get no notification and never find out if I have any prize either. Is this happening to anyone else?
