Since doing the latest update, High School Years no longer works properly. The Llama icon appears when sending my sim to school for the day, there's no longer a timer, just two tasks without a bar. I do not have any cc installed and even did a fresh install to be sure it wasn't anything on my end. Any assistance is greatly appreciated
I'm having this exact same problem - this is after doing a complete game refresh with a brand new save file on a different drive.
On my old saves (which I am testing a back up of with no mods except mccc) this comes with a weird notification error as well but I'm not sure theyre related. I thought this was a UI mod conflict but it happens even without any UI mods in game.
The highschool glitch is clearly not a mods issue, I'm starting to think the only way to fix this is to try to "de-update" the game as its very bizarre and this is the only comment mentioning it
I have this problem, too! I went to high school with my teen sim for the first time in this save file and I found out that the event timer looked weird.
I saw in another entry of the forum (from 2 years ago) that maybe it was a glitch caused by the Simulation Lag Fix mod (I have one from Turbodriver), but if you have this bug without mods that isn't the problem. We have to wait for EA to fix this.
Just noticed this bug as well in a new vanilla save. I have not felt like playing lately due to the weird travel error code bug that is pestering my main save...
Same problem too. Even checked with a new save with no mods and it's still like this.
