Hi, I’m on Mac. My Sims 4 Seasons pack is installed and active (weather and holidays show), but it doesn’t appear in Pack Settings. School UI is broken, my teen Sim gets holiday UIs instead of school days, and I’m stuck with an underprepared moodlet even when daily tasks are done.
Worse, I can’t contact support — the site gives no platform selection and no contact options. Please help me fix this or escalate the issue. I’m losing my mind here.

With the Seasons pack, the options for the Seasons pack are under the “Environment” section not “Pack Settings” section in Game Options.
With the underprepared issue, does your sim have the overachiever trait? Simmers is this thread found that their sims who had this trait had this issue
