Household corrupted? Infinite loading screen & household gone upon moving out
I play with lots of mods & CC, these issues occur whether I have my mods installed or not. I repaired my game via EA app and tried fully uninstalling/reinstalling the game but the issue persists. My game and drivers are up to date.
I played this family in Sulani for a few sim weeks and then played several weeks in many other households/worlds. When I return to the family, the household loads & is playable like normal. But if I edit them in CAS, when I exit CAS the game loads indefinitely with the CAS sounds playing (sims ooh-ing and hmm-ing). Other households can be edited in CAS without an issue. I tried to "reset" the family by moving them to a different lot, but when I do, the family disappears and is only accessible from the household bin. I am unable to move them in to a different lot and their home lot is considered their "current residence" even after they've disappeared.
Is there a way I can solve this so I can continue to play this family (without never editing them in CAS ever again)?
