Households won’t load and my family suddenly got deleted.

Yesterday, I updated my game to the most recent version of the sims and after I loaded in, I couldn’t load into one household. All I could do is edit my household or fix their house in build mode. No...

Hi all

could you all please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ?
  • Did anyone get any lastException files ? Please copy/paste the content
  • Are you getting any error codes when trying to load the families ?
  • Do you have backups you could try ? If so, please make sure you keep a backup and try if it happens again.
