I completely understand how disappointing it is to miss out on the event rewards. This was a limited timed event and unfortunately, there's no way to complete the event now that it's ended to get the remaining rewards. I'm sorry, I wish I had better news for you.
I'm also sorry to hear you're disappointed with Answers HQ. @EA_Lanna Hello! I understand the Happy At Home event has ended but I wonder if you could intercede with the team on behalf of the players. There are a number of threads in which players reported having trouble claiming the rewards. I primarily play on PC but I also have the game on PS4 and PS5. I was able to claim the rewards on PC and PS5 without any problems. However, I had issues claiming them on PS4. After claiming the second reward, I had to attempt claiming the third several times, as if the game didn't recognize that I had already claimed it. Perhaps there could be a second running of this event to allow another chance at claiming the rewards for those who had problems? I really appreciate your time and consideration!
