How do I summon Cornelia Goth or any of the other sims in the family tree?

I honestly, think these are placeholder avatars/pics. Not real Sims, just to complete the original larger lore family trees.

This is why I wish we could edit family trees, replacing with gallery makeover versions or add the missing Sims, add NPCs like Grim Reaper, etc. changing/adding relationships, etc.

I just found out they aren’t in the game and just are pictures I hope EA uploads them to the gallery
