How do I switch alien disguise with human form

Okay so I recently just got GTW and made one of my sims an alien, but I made the disguise the Alien form and the alien form the disguise and I don’t know how I did without realizing. Is there a way t...

Nope, nothing in the game that will allow you to do that.  You're going to have to do it manually.
