How to change language to English?

Is this then you try to change game language in origin? Or where are these options? I have like 15 to choose between, weird that it's different.
if you click on the cog /next to beneath the sims play button in your game library, there should be "game properties", when I click that and then "advanced", it looks like this for me:

Yeah. That's weird. Where do you buy the game?

I bought mine on origin I'm pretty sure.. :O

But as to my physical location I'm in Sweden!

Maybe thats the reason. You buyed it on origin. But i buyed it in box :D

I found a thread where some people found solutions, other didn't. Maybe speaking English is more usual in Sweden :P
But perhaps EA can unlock the language for you or something O.o

Or try what some has, uninstall the game, make sure both your computer and origin is in English, then try to reinstall it and see if English show up. No guarantee though ☹️

Games bought in these countries (in a Box) does not contain English language.
