What does owning Sims 3 have to do with it? You can not use any packs from The Sims 3 in the Sims 4.
To remove a lamp or anything else you placed in your game change to Build/Buy and select it then press Delete.

Since the Plumbob table lamp is a part of The sims 4 you would have to delete that. If you don't like it I would recommend you instead stop using it in your game.
