How to let one person view my sim

Is there any way that I can only allow one person to view my Sim, or if not, my gallery? I want to grant access to specific people to view a specific Sim in my gallery. *On the Sims 4, by the way.

I don't think so, the only advice I have is by using The Sims 4 Tray Importer.. that way you can save sims or lots as a tray file / package files and send to the person? Or also, have a private blog where you 'invite' these people to it, so only they can view them as well.. as pictures, then share the file with a link, (there's a variety of ways to do this). You'll have to search for the link to LuniverSims for the Tray Importer (you may have to make an account to view it properly, can't remember).
