the lot types that were available to me are: residential, bar, park, generic, gym, lounge, library, museum, wedding venue, pool, and nightclub. im also playing on pc with mods and im currently trying to figure out which mod is actually causing the rental lot type to not appear because when I loaded in a game with no mods, the lot type popped up 😛
@PrincessPlumbob1 That explains it then. I'm on Xbox Series X but used to play on PC. I didn't use mods though. This is the thread that might help, it has excellent advice from our resident PC and mod experts. They really know their stuff! Good luck.

I did a little testing with my mods and I found out it was better exceptions causing the vacation rental option to disappear lmao 😭
