How to plan outfits for infants?

I just got my first infant since the update and I can't figure out how to plan the outfits. I have googled and there's just no info about it except to use cheats to enter CAS. I have read there are several outfits for your infants with the update so I assume you can plan their outfits, or am I wrong?
Is it completely obvious and I just miss it somehow or is it not possible to do?

No, I mean the infants. After newborn. I just found it myself. Apparently, you have to use the changing table.

@PKCrusader If you have an older sim, you can enter CAS and you should be able to change your infant's outfits.
Edit: Or are you referring to the newborns? (bassinet babies)

No, I mean the infants. After newborn. I just found it myself. Apparently, you have to use the changing table.

Glad you were able to do it. I've always just had the parent enter cas to change the infant's clothing.
