@EA_Leeloo As I mentioned above, after filling all the information the webpage is stuck on "We're creating your case. Sit tight and stay on this page." stage and does not do anything after.

There is no case created on my page, only years old stuff.
I'm done with this at this point, it has been a week I've been fighting with this. And then you wonder why people do not want to even try to report anything on the Sims community outside the easy gallery reporting and even those are being abused.

I had this same issue some time ago when using the same website and form (to report a player, not website, but otherwise the same). I did what OP did, and also restarted my internet connection and computer. I managed to submit a report a couple of days later, but I don't know if anything I did was a factor in this.
