How do I start a task in Careers in Sims 4?
@D1Lynn Hmmmm... It's been a while since I played the Secret agent career. I looked up the 'Carl's Guide' information on the career (see link below - very helpful). There is a point in the career where you get a special spy computer opened up tp you and a spy satellite dish (I made a secret room with the hidden bookcase door you get at level 7 and I locked it to other sims where I kept my workstation for my sim at that point). It doesn't sound like that is the interaction you're talking about, though. So...
I went into my old save and had him re-join the Secret Agent career. He was demoted a few levels, but still got interactions on the (regular) computer that may be helpful to show, so I made a screenshot. To get to the interactions please click your computer > web > then flip through 'more choices' screens until you see something like the screenshot below...
