I can’t see anything inside the penthouse in city living

I decided that I was going to edit the penthouse to have sims live in it and when I finally put sims in the penthouse I wasn’t able to look at the floors or have my sims go inside is there anyway I can fix this without resetting my save file ?

@novaassistIf you haven't already, try moving your household to another lot, then have them move back and see whether the issue persists. If it does, I'd recommend you move them out again, then try moving a different household into the penthouse to see whether it's still happening (just to narrow down whether it's an issue with the lot or the household).
Edit: Couple more quick questions for you: When you're in Live Mode, do your sims have a little house icon in the corner of their picture on the UI? Also, when you go out to Manage Worlds, does it show the penthouse lot as your sims' home? What you're describing just sounds a lot like when sims visit a residential lot that they don't own, so I'm just wanting to double-check that the game recognizes them as actually living on the lot.

@novaassist Just to clarify, did you actually move your household in, or just visit the lot with them? Are you able to go in and out of build mode with your sims there?

I did move my household in they are able to go inside but I’m not able to see what is happening inside of the house all I see is the building and when I zoom into it I can’t see any of the furniture

@novaassist What happens when you enter build mode (when you switch to that from right there in live mode, not when you go out to manage worlds)? Are you able to see inside then? If so, what happens when you exit back to live mode?

when I enter build mode its normal like nothing is wrong with it but when I go back to live mode all im able to see is the penthouse from the outside view im able to interact with the things outside and the top floor but it won't let me change what floor im on or view the building without the walls being up

I did what you asked me to do and it did end up working again and yes when i was in live mode they did have a house icon in the corner i don't know why it wouldn't work but moving them into another lot and moving them back in did work so thank you so much !! i really appreciate your help ! 🙂
