I cannot save my sims game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I have the latest version. But it’s been going on for about 3 months
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs, game packs and stuff packs. No kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I almost only build in game so this is for build mode. It always happens when I use debug and play for about 30 min with the cheat activated but now it’s started to happen even when I don’t use cheats, but the game has to be played for more than 30 min. When I immediately open the game I am able to save without issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? I become unable to save the game. When I press the save button it just closes down the save menu and goes back to the game but no data was saved. Also no saving screen appears. It also doesn’t work to press “save and quit” as it just continues the game and closes the menu like when I press save, but I am able to close game without saving. Everything else works like normal and I can use the other settings.
What do you expect to see? I expect my game to be saved even after being played for longer than 30 min.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I do not have any current mods but have had them in the past but they were properly uninstalled. I currently have one custom content but the issue is there even with it removed.
