I can't click on "Gameplay" in the game settings.

I can't click on "Gameplay" in the game settings, the button is grayed out. I wanted to adjust the aging of my Sims, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I tried cleaning the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the game and my computer, but nothing helped. I downloaded The Sims 4 before Steam and I'm playing on a Windows PC.
