i give up

i recently bought 5 packs for my game and while it says i didn't have for rent on the ea app, when i opened sims it says i have it but when i try open my save file it says it is deactivated. so i rebought for rent pack, which is the one im having trouble with, and it doesnt show a preview of what the pack comes with like the other packs did when i opened the game and it still saying i dont have the game installed. i repaired the game, even went as far as uninstalling the for rent pack and downloading again. still nothing.

does anyone know the fix for this?
