I have a 64-bit Windows 10 Pro, but I must install Sims 4 Legacy Edition

Despite the fact my computer is running a 64-bit edition of Windows 10 Pro, Sims 4 won't play and I have to install a Sims 4 legacy edition. Isn't it a bug in your software, guys?

Hi, here is my DxDiag.txt

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad G710 dual graphics card notebook - there is a Intel graphics card and NVidia GeForce graphics card. Intel is used for low demand tasks like office programs and GeForce is used for gaming.

From what I could read its a very weird system, the intel HD is 64 bit and the Nvidia GT only has the 32bit drivers, either run the game using the Intel HD, or install the 64 bit drivers for the Nvidia graphic card, the drivers seem messed up.  Both processor and GPU must be in 64 bit mode to be able to run The Sims 4 without Legacy Edition.  From what I can see there seems to be something wrong with the drivers and why the 32bit version was installed for the graphic card makes me wonder, if it was 64 bit I would see a bunch of 64 references.
