"When you create and marry a couple in CAS, the game gives them a good amount of rose (romantic) line and a smaller line in green (friendship). I don't know why"
The game does this because it is normal for married couples to have romantic feelings for each other and be somewhat friendly. Even though you appear to not be that old you should have noticed that in your parents (if not I feel deeply sorry for you).
It is easy for you to see what packs you own by clicking Packs on the main screen.
@jpkarlsenDon't be sorry. I'm an adult, I was married, and two months ago my husband passed away, I'm not a baby. And despite being Latin, that exaggeration seems very misplaced and boring to me. I felt like you judged me, I'm sorry but I am a mature normal person (certificated lol)
I disagree with you, in the sense that for me the logical thing is to know each other enough to marry someone, so, the friendship should be bigger than the romance line.
The main screen in the game? I guess Getting famous is the problem or maybe Growing together.

@Anammaga Hello! First of all, I am very sorry for your loss. :-(
Unfortunately, when sims have a significant romance (pink) bar, they will flirt with each other. I agree with you that it is too much most of the time. Even with autonomy turned off, my sims will choose romance / flirty topics frequently when talking to each other. It is, as you said, the way the game works. You mentioned trying to give your sims the unflirty trait. I wonder if you have tried the likes / dislikes feature. I tested this in my game. This did not stop the flirtations but they did not flirt as much. Just as a warning though, if you have your sims dislike flirtation and they flirt with each other autonomously, they will lose friendship and romance points. You can use friendly interactions to rebuild the friendship bar and romance interactions for affection and physical intimacy to rebuild the romance bar.
If you would like to try this, perhaps first use the game options to "Save As" to create a new save for testing. That way if you don't like the outcome, you can always go back to your current save. I used the Save As option and named the new save Flirt Dislike Test. If you like the outcome, you can always rename the save from the Main Menu when you click Load Save.
In the lower right of your game screen, click on the simology panel, scroll to Likes And Dislikes, and then click on Enter Create a Sim.This will take your household into CAS and automatically load the Likes / Dislikes menu. Click on Conversation Topics and then select the Frown icon for Flirtation.
Do this for both of your partnered sims. Then click the check mark in the lower right to go back into the game. Have your sims talk to each other and see how the interactions go. Again, your sims may still try to flirt and, if both of them dislike flirtation, they will lose friendship / romance points. However, the friendship / romance bars can be rebuilt using non-flirt interactions. I hope this helps!

@Anammaga I'll just start by saying I'm also so sorry to hear about your loss.
I was looking through your comments to see if you have the same issue I'm having with parents being flirty while in conversation with the children and then getting more and more flirty. I'm adding the bug report here for you so you can take a look at other players reports and see if you think it applies to you too.
So if you think this game bug applies to you, you can add a reply if you want to.
I've had to stop parents from chatting to each other while talking to the kids, so the breakfast and dinner tables are chat free if both are home. The conversation became so flirty that it became an Awkward Conversation every time. Also, despite not having flirty items around them they get flirty boosts from everything. One mother became incredibly flirty from the fridge and then was chatting with her child and getting more flirty. It was beyond cringe inducing. There was even a teddy bear image for one flirty moodlet which really made me feel sickened to be honest. I've added a couple of images for you.
In the meantime I'm going to try that tip from @JonaO703 who always gives awesome advice 😁.
I've had to just keep couples separate while chatting to anyone else because once they chat to each other it just gets overheated. The Romance Festival has become a no go area for couples because everyone does it and it can have lasting effects on happy relationships. Actually, any festival can be problematic as random Sims join in couples conversations. When my couples go on dates now I send them somewhere secluded and remote, like The Bluffs or a deserted Sulani island so they don't flirt with everyone and fall out with each other.
I'm particularly annoyed that flirty effects were added to my favourite cherry blossom trees. I had a garden full of them before I realised that had happened. Now I can't use them in households with kids. A family barbecue turned incredibly awkward! 🌸

I'm sorry for your loss. I was thrown off by your apparent confusion about why the game would assign romance and friendliness when married in CAS since it is well known for adults that at the time of marriage the romance tends to be very high. Anyway to your problem if the other suggestions you got doesn't work out you can try to turn off autonomy for your Sims.
