I need help with my packs!

Okay, so, I had sims since like 2017 or something, and I got the sims 4 and three other packs from the dvd pack(but without a dvd and only a code if you get what I mean). And then I’ve also changed computers, and I’ve been logged out of my account and being forced to make a new one. So when I try to put in the code of my old packs, it says that my codes have already been used. What do I do?! I want my packs back!!

    The code of a pack can only be tied to one single account. That's the entire point of those codes, otherwise loads of people would share a code. You need your old account to access the packs tied to that account. Perhaps you could contact EA support and see if they can help you out.
