Unable to lock doors

Issue: I have a Pet Clinic that I often play with and recently when I re-downloaded it to a new lot I was unable to lock any of the doors and the set employees only. I usually do this with businesses when I create break rooms for employees. My office in the pet clinic also doesn’t lock for my sim only. I tried to send it to where only my sim can enter that room. The option does not pop up. When I click the doors, they don’t pop up.

Troubleshoot: I downloaded the lot and re-downloaded it from the gallery. I tried actually changing out all of the doors. I then try to take away a room and add the door that also did not work. Along with rebooting my modem and router for my Internet, along with restarting the game as a whole and deleting it and installing it.

    Chocochub​  Have you tried placing the build on another lot within the same game to see if the doors can be locked?  Also, have you tried playing the lot for a while to see if the options on the doors come back over time so you can set them?  Have you tried placing the lot, saving and quitting then reloading? 

    Another thing I have found that will reset things like this sometimes is to go to build.  Using the move lot option in the upper middle of the screen, grab the lot and sort of move it back and forth or wiggle it and then drop it back in the same place.
