I think my Sim is confused...or I am...

@RavenLure The game stores lots of hidden information about your Sims that affects them in game-play. Maybe something glitched in there? This is from one of my female Sims:

Btw- I play in Granite Falls quite often and I can't say that this has ever happened with any of my Sims (nor would I ever want it to!) O_o

It is funny I have had her for a while now, and I cannot get her to do that. it is done automatically.

As long as it is an occasional thing fine but I think this kind of ties in with the trait issues.., as well but I will let it go for the moment lol In the meantime I think me and her need to talk... she might be overworked. lol

@RavenLure You can try to see if there is any pattern to it, i.e. is it tied somehow to how low her Bladder needs bar is? I've noticed the male Sims in my game will usually stand to use a toilet but they will sit if their Bladder needs bar is very low.

Also, if you are using any mods or CC bathroom items maybe just make sure they are fully updated.

@RavenLure OK so it turns out you are not the only player to see this in your game. I've just learned that the EA Sims Team is looking for save files to investigate this same issue. Would you be willing to share yours? You'd be able to share the link via private message directly with EA.

@RavenLure Just out of curiosity, were there any other Sims or pets in the room (or nearby rooms) when this happened? This has been the case for some other players and we're looking for any patterns.

Btw- which platform are you on, PC, Mac, or console?

NO, just my sim.. as I said she is my builder and tester and was trying out the new pack she was in her cabin alone. The only one she talked to was the park ranger who greeted her. But he was not there when both incidents occurred and they happened autonomously. I tried to trigger them But making her bladder yellow then red.. she sat down both times.  But did not know before, to look for how level her bladder was at but I will pay attention if it happens again.

@RavenLure If it keeps happening and it starts to become a problem you might want to try repairing your game through Origin or troubleshooting any mods or CC you might have.

Also, if you could click the Me Too button in that Bug Report thread that would be awesome!

I had this too I think it might be the confident mood let? I told my sim to change outfits and she just automatically decided to go pee standing instead. I don’t understand it because I have never messed with custom gender settings on that save and I checked her in cas, she doesn’t have that setting enabled.
