@PugLove888 Never tried the others. Don't usually use tea. If I have the tea maker, sims tend to use it all day long. Same with the coffee maker, so I tend to not have them.
@Psychotps, Like you I don't have too many tea makers in my game for the same reason -- they use it all the time , leave the mugs all over the house, and then have to pee all day long! 😞 So, I didn't even know about the green tea curing illness in the game until I was watching a YouTuber's videos on the 100 Baby Challenge. She had them use the green tea all the time. (The YouTuber was British, so I can see why she preferred the tea over the orange juice. 😉 ) At least with orange juice they usually only get it when you direct them to drink it, and it doesn't cost anything, so that is what I usually have my poorer Sims do to fight illness. But for most others, I just buy the medicine since they always seem to get ill when I don't have time to give them a nap. 😉
Well, I knew about the tea but having the tea maker was too much of a hassle, didn't know about OJ though. I'll have to try that.

Of course, more than likely the OJ will cost a little $. What I'll likely do is use the Nap first. If they're still sick after that, use the OJ. If THAT doesn't work, the medicine. OJ is likely cheaper than medication.
