Im missing items from the Reaper Rewards event

My game crashed mid me doing some quest for the event and lost two items that was placed in the game. The sugar candy bunny, and the bird of paradise flower. Nothing else has gone missing but those two. Ive checked all my sims inventories but they don't seem to be in there. Im completely done with all the weeks.

is there any way to fix this? Or do i have to wait for it to fix itself?
