Im not getting any lovestruck notifications??

Im not getting any of my lovestruck notifications since I brought the pack. Haven’t got the 7 wild dates or got any notifications from other sims on the phone or on the date when they want to extend or move to there relationship to romance. Ive been playing for weeks still nothing. I see other players get random pop ups and i get nothing
