I am sorry to resurrect this post but i am finding the same problem. I have saved a friends sim all tray files were copied into the tray folder. CC into my cc folder that i have. I have opened up my game to see and in gallery i cannot find the new sims.
I have selected the Custom content to be view... Any ideas what i am doing wrong?
I am relatively new to this way of saving sims. I generally just get them in the gallery. Any advise would be appreciated
