Impossible to be on time to class with university schedule

This is not a major problem or bug but slightly annoying.

So it takes a while for a sim to get from one class building to another in Foxbury Institute, because the stairs cut the bicycle trip in half. This usually is not a problem, but my two classes are 5 minutes apart in different buildings so my sim is always late to the second class. Is there a way to add a ramp on the map so the sims can use bicycle? It'll also be nice to know which building they are having the classes in.
