In game issues

I am having trouble with weather, if it snows or rains it glitches through and does it in the house as well.  It doesn't affect anything but visually it is annoying.  I'm also having trouble with the relationship bars going down for no reason no matter how many times I have them go to counseling or make them flirt.   I'm on PS4
