In game photos black despite screenshots being normal

Since the update, all of my in game photos are black with no image displayed, no matter the size or quality of the photo. The actual screenshots that should be asssoiated with these photos are fine in my files, except some of them are way brighter than they should be (I assumed this had to do with my sim's photography skill/camera quality)
