Intro Level Romance Options Only (After Patch)

I am having an issue with my game since the Love-Struck update/patch. I got the pack as well. My sims are not given the option to woohoo or try for baby. In fact, they do not have very many romance options at all. (Including marriage). The options I currently have are all the intro level romance interactions, despite their romance relationship being almost full.  Yes, they have a high romance. Yes, their woohoo preferences match. NO, it's not mod related. I removed all mods and still had the same issue. I do not know if this is just me or if others are experiencing the same but it's frustrating. How can I progress in the game the way I want if my sim can't get married or have kids?

    I do not have the option for other love interests either. I opened a last exception file and there are a couple errors, one with mood buffs and one with restaurant venues

    @aimlesstarlet Could you delete all the lastExceptions you currently have, then trigger the error and see if new ones are created.

    If that's the case, please either upload them as rar file or copy/paste them in spoiler tags.
