Is it possible to use the alien cheat code on babies?

I know " traits.equip_trait trait_OccultAlien " is used to turn an existing sim into an alien but I was wondering if this could be used on babies? I'd like to have Pascal Curious be pregnant with an ...

I think they have to at least be a toddler (although we'll see if those codes work on Infants when they're released!).

Sims unavailable for travel
Vacation greyed out, all sims everywhere, on one game. Other games still work fine. Travel works in all but vacation, says no rentals are available, no sims on vacation at the moment.

Deck the palms
Anyone having trouble with the deck the palms even no working. I opened my game and it said claim the items…. When I clicked claim the pop up disappeared and nothing happened.

Skillful Sleep
Okay why is there a skillful sleep when it doesn't increase any skills? Its a waste of time. I thought that having this would help boost your sims skills even if its just a little bit.
