Is the "beautifully decorated" moodlet broken?

I have 11 large masterpieces in a 4x6 room and the moodlet is still not beautifully decorated, even though I used to get it with less than 6 paintings before the new patch. Is something broken, do I ...

@Valentinator8 It's because of the update. Different objects, including walls, floors, etc. affect the environment in different ways and can add to or subtract from environment score. You can turn it off in the gameplay menu if you like.
