Is there a way to edit outside of lots in the sims 4?

I was just wondering if there was a way to edit the outside of lots in the sims 4, I do know of T.O.O.L. but it doesn't have the functionality that i'm looking for. Is there anything out there that l...

@KHLVH1345  there's a terrain tool in build mode where you can raise and lower terrain, add ponds, paint the ground with different grass, dirt and gravel. Is that what you are looking for? If so, in build mode it's on the right hand side of the build section images. I'm not looking at it right now, I've just switched off my console but I think it looks like a pile of dirt with a spade if I remember correctly.

@simsplayer818 I'm talking outside of the lot , not on the lot itself. that Terrain tool does nothing off lot.

    @KHLVH1345 If it's outside of the boundaries of the lot I don't think you'll be able to achieve what you're looking for. There are cheats and mods depending on your platform (I'm on console) that allow some modifications to hidden worlds for example that I'm aware exist but I've not used them. But editing the general world around your lot when I've looked, I found the answer was no.
    I edit a lot of public spaces but I'd have liked to do more outside of lots too. Maybe we'll see it from Project Rene in the next installment of the Sims franchise. I hope so.
