is there any way to have a pool on a balcony

is there any way to have a pool on a balcony? but without creating a 'room' below any suggestions appreciated i do not use cc or mods
gameplay issue

    Just as in real life that is not possible. You can place a jacuzzi there instead.

@kingpeterking If you're not crazy about the 'room below' idea you can play into it... sometimes I add large, simple windows that cover the whole side(s) fo the pool so you can see into the pool. You won's see the sims, but it looks pretty cool. Especially if you add that 'bubble/steam-grate' thing from 'Get Together'.
