Issues with reaper’s rewards quest

Hi everyone, I need some help with the Reaper’s Rewards quest. I was playing the Week 3 quests this Tuesday without any issues until I reached the fishing quest where I was supposed to catch a catfish in Crawdad Quarter. After traveling there with my Sim, all of the quests disappeared, and now I’m only seeing the "Open Reaper Rewards" icon.

Has anyone else encountered this or know how to fix it? I also received a last exception error around the same time I was doing the quests. I’m not sure if it’s related to the issue, but I’ll paste it below in case it helps.

PS. I don’t have any script mods, only a very few custom content furniture.
