Items missing from Cats & dogs pack and Horse ranch pack

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was going into build mode to buy a dog house and stable but i cant find it anywhere. I can see other items from the packs, such as other dog bed and the hay bed. But the stable and the dog house is not showing up so i can but it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The items are missing.
What do you expect to see? Dog house and the stable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Please see attached files for what stuff shows when you go to categories and then choose "pets" and selects "all". There is a lot less items than it used to, but what i've noticed is that the dog house and stable is missing.

I didn't see another bug report about this and EA help told me to report this bug. Please help.

@ehmt1 Nothing is missing. Cats and Dogs doesn't have a doghouse as a buyable object and apparently Horse Ranch doesn't have a stable as a buyable object. You'll have to build these things yourself if you want them or download them from the gallery. Stables should be fairly easy to find or build, since they would use normal wallls. I don't think you'll have much luck with doghouses, since even the Short walls are probably much too tall for a realistic doghouse. Still, there are plenty of creative builders out there, so I might be wrong. I think you should at least try looking for them. Good luck..

In this link below, please circle what content you're missing in the pack that you are expected to receive when buying it and screenshot it and reply to my message please.
I too do not have any stable or dog house in my Sims - MAC version.

@ehmt1You build your own stable in Horse Ranch, using the hay bed, indicated in your photo here:
I don't remember there ever being a dog house in Cats & Dogs, just dog beds and the dog door...

@ehmt1 Nothing is missing. Cats and Dogs doesn't have a doghouse as a buyable object and apparently Horse Ranch doesn't have a stable as a buyable object.
