Items Removed

I get the items removed pop up every time I load into a lot or into CAS. I don’t use cc and although I do use mods they aren’t items. I’ve had this happen before with a sim that had a beard that was in a pack, I believe it was Get Together, and suddenly disappeared. That time the item was just removed from my sim and I didn’t get the notification again. This time i get it constantly even after repairing my game.
