Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

so ever since that big update, before it happened I had to unintall the sims 4 for storage and I eventually wanted to download it back but then I come back to find my packs missing. (I bought cats and dogs and highschool life.) I've tried repairing but it didn't work. Please if there's any way you guys could fix this I'd be so happy. I spent about 25-20 dollars on the highschool years pack I believe and I've gotten the cats and dogs one on sale for 15$.  I really don't want a refund I just want my packs back.  (the reason I don't have any kind of picture is because I deleted all with the packs.) 

(I've tried repairing and updating, nothing is working.)

    well my all my households had packs on this account but no packs showed up in my library or anything I'm pretty sure it was this one

    before I deleted all of my households they had packs on but it wouldn't let me play with them or use them again
