It's Weathering inside ALL buildings

I just downloaded a recent update and afterward (assuming it is the update), I'm finding that it is raining inside not only my custom homes, but also Maxis made buildings. So, I know it's not the roofs having gaps (checked my customs already) or other issues with my buildings, so how do I fix this? 

Btw, I already deleted my local cache in my Mods folder, cleared the cache in Steam and did the App Recovery in the EA app and I'm still having issues. 

Any suggestions?
