@wasikm007Update: I exited completely out of the game and then went back in to find the trim had returned. So out of curiosity I exited out for a while and went back in to find it gone again. It seems to keep disappearing from time to time and I don't know what or what is causing this.
I also looked to see if there were any "Last Exception files that are in my EA folder, but there wasn't.
