Laundry and rent events doesn't work

I have been having the same problem with laundry for years. At first handwashing and machine washing/drying works but after couple times every time washed clothes have been but to try they will be marked as used and dirty. Only thing to fix this is to buy new machine but it is annoying having to do it after every wash. This stuff packs gameplay is unplayable and thus the pack is unusable. If it worked how it is supposed to it would be one of my faves and would be worth the money. Now it just feels like a big scam.

This bug is in every single save file since the pack came out. I have changed computers, deleted and downloades sims, my game is vanilla so no mods etc and just about everythin and still doesn't work.

Either this bug has to be fixed or there needs to be a way to just have them for aestethics without function.

I also bought the for rent pack thinking that after a year it wouldnt have any bugs only to be faced with huge amount of them. Rent events don't work, no matter the way my sim does them it still gives me the "nothing was done" and when trying to disable them from settings it actually does nothing. Same with the lot challenge that comes in this pack, it doesn't do anything.

Just please please fix the game, I have used so much money on a product that does not deliver what it promises.
